Elite Media Center: Terms of Use
Last updated:
Elite Media Center is a private media service run by Elite LLC ("we", "us"). These terms apply to the Elite Media Center apps and website.
- Accounts and approval. You need an account that we have approved. We can approve, limit, suspend or remove any account at any time. What you can watch depends on the permissions on your account.
- Your account. Keep your username and password to yourself. Don't share your account or let anyone else sign in as you. You are responsible for what happens under your account.
- Personal use. The service is for your own private, non-commercial viewing. Don't copy, record for distribution, redistribute, resell or publicly show anything from the service, and don't try to get around its limits, ratings or access controls.
- Content. Content is provided by the server owner. We make no promise that any title, channel or recording will be available, complete or error-free, and we may add or remove content at any time.
- Acceptable use. Don't try to break into, overload, scan or interfere with the service, other accounts or other people's data, and don't use it for anything unlawful.
- Privacy. How we handle your information is described in our Privacy Policy.
- Ending your account. You can delete your account in the app (Settings, Delete Account) or on our Support page. We may end your access if you break these terms.
- No warranty. The service is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, Elite LLC is not liable for losses from using, or not being able to use, the service.
- Changes. We may update these terms. If you keep using the service after a change, you accept the updated terms.
